FAQs
I have a shellfish allergy—what should I do?
Please note it when you RSVP so we can alert the restaurant. Servers will also check for food allergies when taking entrée orders—we’ve got you covered.
We can’t make it — can we send a gift?
Your presence will be missed, but your generosity is not required. In lieu of gifts, we’d love contributions to our honeymoon fund as we plan a 2027 getaway.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
Is there assigned seating?
Ceremony: Open seating (with a few reserved rows for family), so arrive early if you have your eye on a prime seat.
Reception: Assigned tables. After cocktail hour upstairs, check the seating chart downstairs and find your spot.
Ceremony & Reception Location
Valet: Complimentary valet is available at The Urban Stillhouse (and highly encouraged—treat yourself).
If you initially valeted and decide to get a ride home, don’t forget to grab your keys first so vehicle pickup the next day is easy.
Self Park: Offsite parking is also available about a half-block west—just ask the attendants to point you in the right direction.
What time should guests arrive?
Plan to arrive between 4:00–4:30 PM. We’ll have refreshments waiting, so feel free to come a little early and settle in.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM—fashionably late = noticeably late.
What should I wear?
Men: Suits or tuxes (any color)
Women: Floor-length dresses or gowns (just skip white—we’re saving that for one person)
Will there be food during cocktail hour?
Yes! After the ceremony, you will be directed upstairs for cocktails and appetizers.
Meanwhile, the bridal party will be downstairs taking photos—think of it as dinner and a show.
What will the weather be like?
Feel free to check the forecast here.
That said, weather will not be a factor—both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the same location, so you can plan your outfit accordingly (and safely ignore Florida’s unpredictability).
Can I bring a plus one?
If a plus one has been included for you, your invitation envelope will reflect your guest’s name.
If your invitation does not include a guest and you would like to request one, please let us know as early as possible—we will do our best to accommodate, though space at The Urban Stillhouse is limited.
